About The Role

The Area Digital Marketing Manager, under the guidance and supervision of the AVP Digital Marketing, will lead all aspects of digital marketing efforts for a cluster of hotels along with owning regional-wide online platforms to support business goals, drive commercial performance and strengthen our brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements digital marketing plans in line with the AVPDML’s strategy to support the property and regional business plans across all revenue streams – Rooms, F&B Outlets, BQ, Spa and recreation.
  • Manage and execute inbound and outbound digital marketing activities across key feeder markets.
  • Work closely with external media agencies, as well as internal stakeholders at hotel and the regional graphic design lead, to develop and run campaigns on behalf of the region, a cluster of hotels or an individual property.
  • Optimize existing paid and owned media channels (SEM, TripAdvisor, etc.) on a regular basis to drive performance.
  • Own specific platform verticals that are utilized by all MEIA hotels, including promotions, maintenance, optimization, and reporting.
  • Provide monthly reports to hotels and regional stakeholders on production, trends, booking, stay patterns and paid media performance as well as channel analysis.
  • Drive and own the content featured on brand.com using an enterprise-level CMS while working with the tech team in Beijing on platform optimizations that will enhance the customer journey.

About You

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, communications, or marketing, with over five years of international digital marketing experience in luxury hospitality or luxury retail, including hands-on expertise with CMS, AdWords, DCM, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics. They bring a proven e-commerce track record, having delivered end-to-end campaigns with clear ROI, a strong understanding of both traditional and innovative marketing strategies, excellent written and verbal communication skills, while fluency in Arabic or Mandarin is an added advantage. Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
