Job Description

As an Area Manager in the Beauty Retail sector, you will be the driving force behind our regional stores' performance, bridging the gap between corporate strategy and store execution. You will lead a diverse team to achieve sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and uphold brand standards across multiple locations. Your role involves strategizing and implementing effective solutions to optimize store operations, while leading staff development initiatives to build a high-performing workforce. With a keen eye for beauty trends and expertise in retail operations, you will ensure that each store embodies the brand's values, delivering an exceptional shopping experience. This role requires a dynamic leader who excels in strategic planning, customer engagement, and team management.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of all retail stores within the designated area.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and growth.
  • Analyze sales reports and project potential growth based on market trends.
  • Facilitate regular training sessions to enhance staff product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations across stores.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising efforts to align with marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and guide onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential competitive threats.
  • Organize regular meetings to share insights and strategies across store teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the specified area or region.
