Job Summary

We are looking for an Architecture Engineer with UAE experience in commercial interior and fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for architectural drawings, technical coordination, site execution, and ensuring project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and technical details.
Coordinate with interior designers, MEP teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Review shop drawings, material submissions, and technical documents.
Conduct site inspections and resolve architectural/technical issues.
Ensure work complies with project specifications, codes, and authority requirements.
Coordinate architectural works from design through project execution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering.

3–5 years of UAE experience in commercial interior / fit-out projects.

Commercial projects experience is mandatory – offices, retail, F&B, hospitality, etc.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural detailing.

Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution and technical coordination.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

UAE construction / interior fit-out experience.
Knowledge of authority requirements and approvals.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
Strong site coordination and problem-solving abilities.
