Architectural BIM Modeler

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models using Revit based on project requirements and design inputs.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure design coordination and clash-free models.

Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and documentation from BIM models.

Update and revise models based on design changes, client feedback, and site conditions.

Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve conflicts.

Ensure compliance with BIM standards, company guidelines, and project specifications.

Support project teams with visualization, 3D presentations, and model-based deliverables.

Maintain project documentation and ensure proper version control of models.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.

Minimum 6+ years of experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler.

Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related software.

Knowledge of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and coordination processes.

Experience in UAE projects and familiarity with local authority standards is preferred.

Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

Experience in Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar coordination tools.

Understanding of construction and architectural detailing.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
