Architect

Job Description

The Architect is responsible for managing projects from initial briefing through final construction, creating innovative and functional designs that prioritize environmental performance and occupant well-being. This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical mastery of digital twins and BIM, and a proactive approach to sustainability

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, innovative design proposals that balance aesthetics with functionality and environmental impact.
• Create and manage detailed 3D models using Revit, Navisworks, or ArchiCAD, utilizing digital twins to improve project performance and coordination.
• Use AI-driven tools (e.g., Autodesk Forma, MidJourney) for rapid concept ideation, site analysis, and automated feasibility studies.
• Ensure all designs meet net-zero targets and strict local building codes (e.g., Dubai Municipality regulations), focusing on energy efficiency and material longevity.
• Supervise site execution, conduct inspections to ensure work aligns with design intent, and manage budgets and timelines
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams (MEP, structural) to resolve design conflicts via clash detection
  
  

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders
