Job Title: Architect

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Architect with strong design and visualization capabilities to support venue and spatial design projects. The role focuses on transforming 2D design concepts into detailed 3D models and delivering high-quality renders and visual assets in close collaboration with the Creative and Production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Develop accurate 3D models of venues and design elements based on 2D drawings and design plans

  
  


• 
  

  Translate conceptual and technical designs into realistic 3D visual representations

  
  


• 
  

  Produce high-quality still renders and animations using Lumion

  
  


• 
  

  Perform post-production and visual enhancements using Adobe Photoshop

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate closely with Creative and Production teams to ensure design intent, timelines, and deliverables are met

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and deliver required design files, visuals, and supporting documents for internal and client use

  
  

Scope & Requirements

• 
  

  Strong architectural and spatial design skills with a clear understanding of scale, materials, and layouts

  
  


• 
  

  Proven expertise in 3D modeling and visualization

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and Lumion (mandatory)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong eye for detail and ability to produce high-quality, realistic renders

  Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
