Our portfolio spans across Dubai’s prime residential and commercial destinations, showcasing our commitment to transparency, customer centricity, quality, integrity and adding value through a construction-driven approach.With some of our exciting launches such as Burj Azizi (the second tallest tower in the world), Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice - Dubai’s new luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community, we are rapidly expanding our capabilities in our Design 360 Studio, where our team seamlessly integrate Architecture, Structures, MEP, Landscape, Interiors and Supervision to deliver a variety of innovative and value driven real estate assets.As a Architect - BIM reporting to the Head of Hospitality and based in our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards Office in Dubai, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of hotel projects for Azizi Developments, spanning from 4-star to 5-star properties.Responsibilities includeAssist in developing creative design concepts for architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects.Prepare design presentations, including sketches, 3D models, renderings, and diagrams, to communicate ideas effectively.Conduct research on project context, materials, and design precedents to support concept development.Collaborate with the design team to refine concepts and ensure alignment with the project vision and requirements.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to the design process.Support the preparation of design documentation and presentations for client reviews and internal discussions.Coordinate with visualization teams to create compelling graphics and animations when needed.Ensure designs adhere to project briefs, local regulations, and sustainability goals.Maintain organized documentation of design ideas, iterations, and feedback.Knowledge and experience with latest AI design tools

Heres what youll needBachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or a related field.Should have at least 5 years experienceStrong BIM modeling skillsCreative thinker with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.Enthusiastic and proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.Adaptable and open to new challenges and ideas.Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
