Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for fit-out projects from concept to completion.

• Facilitate effective communication and problem-solving among project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or interior design.
• Proven experience in managing fit-out projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency in CAD software and 3D rendering programs for design visualization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Solid knowledge of building codes and industry standards for safe design.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving abilities to overcome design and project challenges.
• Professional portfolio demonstrating past fit-out projects is highly desirable.
