We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect / Interior Designer specializing in fit-out projects to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces into aesthetically pleasing and functional environments that align with client needs and brand identities. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that designs are executed to perfection and within budget and timeline constraints. Your exceptional ability to blend creativity with technical skills will be paramount in delivering projects that exceed client expectations. A thorough understanding of contemporary design trends and a keen eye for detail are essential in this role, along with excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the fit-out of interior spaces to meet client requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project completion.
• Develop detailed design plans, schematics, and elevations using design software.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients for approval and feedback.
• Conduct site visits to ensure the project stands in line with the design specifications.
• Source and select materials, furnishings, and accessories in line with design concepts.
• Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant health, safety, and building regulations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior design staff and interns.
• Stay updated on current design trends and advancements in design technology.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements and address any issues.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and client records comprehensively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a fit-out design environment.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and successful fit-out projects.
• Excellent knowledge of building and design regulations and standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
