We are looking for a creative and passionate Architect & Interior Designer to join our innovative team. Responsibilities

• Design architectural plans and interior layouts for residential and commercial spaces.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Create 3D models and renderings to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring all stages of the design process are on schedule.
• Select materials and furnishings that align with the design vision and budget.
• Work closely with contractors and construction teams to ensure design integrity.
• Maintain knowledge of building regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in site visits and provide on-site support and supervision as necessary.
• Coordinate with engineers and other specialists to integrate systems seamlessly into the design.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers for high-quality materials.
• Advise clients on interior design factors such as space planning and layout optimization.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and schedules for clarity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience of at least 3–5 years in architectural and interior design projects.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and collaborative teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget demands.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and industry best practices.
• Creative flair and an acute attention to detail in design and project management.
