Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an highly experienced senior professionals to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in architecture and interior design, with expertise in managing projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Interior Design Engineer:
• Develop and implement interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility
• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Technical Manager (Architectural Background):
• Oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
• Manage teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Architect (Not Draftsman):
• Develop and lead design concepts for projects
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations
  
  
  

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture or related field
• 10+ years of experience in architecture and interior design
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
