Responsibilities

• Develop detailed architectural designs and blueprints for various projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and construction teams during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any arising issues.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate project designs and models.
• Formulate project proposals, including budgets, timelines, and scope of work.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements in architecture.
• Review and approve designs, calculations, and cost estimates for projects.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative architectural concepts and solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects in the team.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of completed architectural projects.
• Excellent understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client relations.
