We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of architecture principles, design processes, and construction techniques. They will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of new buildings and spaces, ensuring that each project meets the highest standards of sustainability, functionality, and aesthetics. As an integral part of our team, the Architect will collaborate closely with clients, construction teams, and other architects to deliver innovative solutions that reflect the unique needs and vision of our clients. Responsibilities

• Develop and present project proposals and designs to clients for approval.
• Collaborate with clients to determine architectural needs and project requirements.
• Create detailed architectural plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Work closely with construction teams to ensure design integrity during the build.
• Conduct site visits to check on project progress and adherence to design plans.
• Ensure that all projects comply with zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.
• Research and apply sustainable design practices and materials in all projects.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to deliver projects on schedule and within costs.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants to integrate various systems into designs.
• Review and approve contractor submissions for building materials and specifications.
• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architecture and design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is required.
• Professional license to practice architecture with relevant work experience.
• Proficient in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating knowledge and expertise in architectural design.
• Excellent communication skills for client interactions and project coordination.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines efficiently.
