Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications following project requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with engineers and construction teams to resolve design issues.
• Conduct site evaluations to ensure architectural standard compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project needs and design preferences.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams effectively.
• Research and integrate sustainable design solutions into architectural projects.
• Prepare and present design proposals and updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Revise architectural plans based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
• Utilize CAD software to translate design visions into accurate models.
• Participate in project review sessions to provide design insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Licensed architect with a valid certification in the relevant state or country.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
• Experience in sustainable design and green building practices is an advantage.
