Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Arabic‑Speaking Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional travel consultation and sales services to our clients. You will liaise with customers to understand their travel requirements and offer them appropriate solutions, package deals, and travel advice. With a strong command of both Arabic and English, you will serve as a crucial link between our clients and the diverse travel opportunities we offer. Your passion for travel, customer service orientation, and ability to close sales deals will contribute to the success and growth of our business. This position requires a customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to meet targets and continuously improve service delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their specific travel needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed and tailored travel advice to customers in Arabic and English.
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to arrange and confirm travel bookings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Craft compelling travel packages and itineraries to meet client expectations.
  • Keep up to date with the latest travel trends and travel regulation changes.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and personal performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless booking and travel experience.
  • Manage travel documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements.
  • Record and report sales and client interaction details accurately using CRM systems.
  • Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and marketing events to promote services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a travel sales or travel consultancy role is essential.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Familiarity with global travel destinations and travel industry trends.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and booking systems used in the travel sector.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
