Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Arabic-Speaking Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strong understanding of the culture and destinations within the Arab world. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel needs, offering expert advice, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. Our travel sales consultants provide exceptional customer service, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and offer tailored travel solutions. You must be fluent in both English and Arabic, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Arabic-speaking travel destinations and offerings.
  • Consult clients on their travel itineraries, ensuring tailored and customized solutions.
  • Convert inquiries from potential clients into confirmed travel bookings efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors and partners globally.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests via phone and email.
  • Monitor travel industry trends and offer valuable recommendations to clients.
  • Provide accurate price quotes and manage travel bookings using reservation systems.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional post-booking services and support.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with clients to assess their travel experiences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals effectively and efficiently.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge.
  • Maintain organized records of clients’ details and bookings using CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of travel destinations and cultural insights within the Arab world.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and travel reservations systems effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
