- Design and implement scalable AI workflows and agentic architectures.
- Build end-to-end AI pipelines that integrate models, retrieval systems, and data platforms.
- Collaborate with Applied AI specialists to deploy innovative AI solutions into production.
- Optimise performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems across the organisation.
- Drive best practices in AI engineering, architecture, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI solutions into production environments.
- Strong understanding of workflow architecture, orchestration, and AI system design.
- Experience working with vector databases, retrieval systems, and modern AI frameworks.
- Background in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to scale AI applications beyond proof-of-concept or demonstration environments.
