Application Chef Sales Demonstrator

UNOX, a market leader in high-performance professional ovens and certified Great Place to Work®, is seeking an Application Chef / Active Marketing Chef to join its Sales Team in Dubai.Reporting to the Director of Sales UAE, the role will support the development of UNOX business across the UAE through live cooking demonstrations, Individual Cooking Experiences, customer engagement, dealer support and post-sales training.

Main responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities across hospitality, restaurants, cafés, bakeries and retail.
• Plan and deliver Individual Cooking Experience (ICE) sessions and product demonstrations for prospective customers and our dealer network.
• Build strong relationships with chefs, operators and kitchen-equipment partners.
• Support dealers with product presentations, customer visits, installations, product handovers and operator training.
• Deliver product and application training covering operation, programming, cleaning and best-practice use of UNOX equipment.
• Work closely with the sales, service and corporate-chef teams to ensure a strong customer experience from first demonstration through to post-sales support.
• Represent UNOX at exhibitions, events, workshops and customer activations.
• Maintain accurate activity, opportunity and customer reports through the company CRM system.
  
  

• Minimum five years’ experience in a similar Application Chef, Sales Demonstrator, Corporate Chef or customer-facing HoReCa role.
• Professional culinary background, ideally with experience in hotels, restaurants, catering, bakery or foodservice operations.
• Confident presenting and cooking in front of customers and groups.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities and build long-term relationships.
• Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with professional cooking equipment or foodservice sales would be an advantage.
• Fluent English is essential; Arabic or another relevant regional language would be an advantage.
• Must be a current UAE resident.
• Valid UAE driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the UAE.
