Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an Application Analyst or similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of software application development, support, and lifecycle management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with database management and software testing methodologies essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Experience with project management and IT service management methodologies is advantageous.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
