Andriod Developer

We are looking for a talented and passionate Android Developer to join our dynamic development team. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices. Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers and as part of a team responsible for the definition, design, and implementation of new features. Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features.
• Work with outside data sources and APIs to retrieve necessary information for applications.
• Enhance application performance, user experience, and interface design.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in existing applications.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and documentation across projects.
• Ensure continuous improvement by discovering and implementing new technologies.
• Interface with hardware and middleware to enable application functionality.
• Participate in the design and architecture phases of projects.
• Provide feedback and insights on software usability and design improvements.
• Test and monitor application performance across different devices and OS versions.
• Contribute to and adhere to the Continuous Integration and Deployment workflow.

Requirements

• Proven software development experience with Android platforms and applications.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin or Java programming languages for Android development.
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON APIs.
• Knowledge of the Android SDK, different Android versions, and screen sizes.
• Hands-on experience with unit testing, code for robustness, and edge cases.
• Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs commonly used in Android applications.
• Experience with Git and version control systems for collaborative work.
