Job Description

Requisitos:

Educación: profesional, técnico o tecnólogo en agronomía, agrícola, agropecuaria u otros.

Funciones del cargo:
Apoyar la planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de las labores agrícolas del cultivo.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, productividad, seguridad y sostenibilidad establecidos por la empresa.
Colaborar con el supervisor o ingeniero agrónomo en el control de actividades de siembra, fertilización, riego, cosecha y manejo integrado de plagas.
Realizar registro seguimiento de consumo de insumos, fertilización, riego y control de fitosanitario.
Garantizar la trazabilidad y el adecuado desarrollo del cultivo destinado a la exportación, conforme a la normatividad nacional e internacional aplicable.
Experiencia y competencias:

Experiencia mínima de 2 año en el cargo.

Condiciones del Cargo:
Salario: 2.000.000 + AUX TRANSPORTE + PRESTACIONES DE LEY+BONIFICACIÓN
Horarios: lun-viernes 7:00am-5:00pm y sábados 7:00am-12:00m
Ubicación : FINCA EN RIONEGRO
