AMOS Software Trainer

Tasks

• Deliver AMOS training courses for internal and external customers in Switzerland and internationally.

• Design, develop and maintain training material to meet specific customer requirements and business objectives.

• Assess customer training needs and develop customized on-the-job training programs that align with organizational culture and operational requirements.

• Collaborate closely with customers to define learning objectives and implement effective training solutions within their business environment.

• Coordinate training activities with Business Consultants, team members, and customers to ensure effective delivery.

• Demonstrate a strong customer-focused mindset and commitment to service excellence.

• Maintain a high level of expertise and up-to-date knowledge of the AMOS application.

• Foster close cooperation and alignment with the Swiss AviationSoftware Training Department based in Basel, Switzerland.
  

Skills

• Proven experience in the MRO and aviation industry; AMOS knowledge is required.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of effective training methodologies and instructional techniques.

• Full professional proficiency in English is required.

• Additional language skills, particularly in Arabic, Japanese, and Mandarin, are considered an asset.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization and adapt technical information for diverse audiences.

• Ability to simplify and present complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally
  

The ideal candidate will be expected to be a team player, flexible, proactive and able to work under pressure.

Candidates applying for roles in Singapore must possess a valid work permit. For positions in Dubai available work visa is of benefit, if not sponsorship can be requested by the company
