Role Responsibilities

In this role, youll manage and assist with Compliance on-boarding and on-going monitoring of Financial Institutions Group (FIG) clients. Ensure client visits are completed locally and internationally and lead the team by acting as a source of knowledge in solving queries and problems.

Client On-Boarding

  • Follow the robust processes in place to review and authorize new client accounts
  • Conduct customer due diligence visits in the UK and overseas as directed by management

Monitoring

  • Complete monitoring tasks as directed by Senior Management
  • Help to manage the completion of the team monitoring
  • Help to manage additional projects that the team undertake through the year
  • Assist with any other ad hoc duties as required

Maintain Market Awareness

  • Attend seminars and training as directed by Senior Management

Management

  • Manage workloads amongst the team, and assisting with Senior Management instructions where needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of local AML rules
  • A proactive approach to keeping up to date with market trends
  • Proactive, self‑motivated team player with strong personal drive, determination, and a positive “can‑do” attitude.
  • Clear and professional communicator able to build effective relationships and produce high‑quality reports for executive audiences.
  • Detail‑oriented and organised, with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • Strong IT proficiency and an approachable, collaborative working style.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and work in a fast-paced environment, catering to a diverse mix of stakeholders with varying needs. Therefore, the ideal candidate should be a self-starter, as there is an opportunity to make an immediate and tangible contribution to the business.

Please note: This is a full-time, permanent position with an opportunity to work hybrid within our Dubai office. Candidates must be prepared to travel internationally, on average 3 times per year for 2-5 days at a time.
