About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Ambassador – Pool Services to join the resort’s Pool Services team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Greet guests upon arrival at the pool area and assist with seating, towels, and amenities.
• Provide personalized service by anticipating guest needs and offering recommendations for poolside services.
• Act as a liaison between guests and other departments (e.g., F&B, housekeeping, spa) to coordinate requests.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to inquiries, feedback, or concerns.
• Assist with cabana check-ins, reservations, and VIP guest arrangements.
• Support poolside events and activations, ensuring guests are informed and engaged.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming pool environment.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five-Star standards are delivered.
• Collaborate with lifeguards, attendants, and receptionists to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote resort offerings and assist in upselling premium poolside experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and service interactions.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive service mindset.
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
