Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating for facade or construction projects.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and estimating tools.
• Strong understanding of aluminium facade systems and construction processes.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy in estimates.
