Job Purpose

ALCM ensures regulatory compliance from aircraft delivery to return, upholding the highest standards in data quality and aircraft records. We manage technical data input, component transactions, and documentation, ensuring everything is electronically available for reference.

Our team audits data, verifies reports for Airworthiness Release Certificates, and oversees landing gear and engine programs. We also handle lease returns, ensuring all conditions are met without penalties. Operating all year round, our skilled team is crucial for maintaining the airworthiness of Emirates fleet.

The ALCM Senior Assistant job exists to execute Aircraft, Engine and Asset Airworthiness Data and documentation recording and reporting, to comply with contracted leasing organisation, airworthiness regulations and ALCM standards and working instructions.

In This Role You Will

  • Update the engineering computer systems with performed technical maintenance information related to component asset operational, defects and airworthiness actions in order to ensure compliance for continued airworthiness management. Ensure availability of up to date information regarding component asset removal/installation history, defect failure recording and mandatory airworthiness maintenance recording for effective controls by the concerned stakeholders within Engineering.
  • Carry out data and documentation processing for both new delivery and aircraft phase out, engine, APU and other Assets to ensure delivery and historic maintenance transaction are performed to necessary regulatory continued airworthiness compliance and lessor / owner delivery contractual standards.
  • Carry out remedial action with regards to discrepancy recording by internal and external engineering personnel to ensure maintenance information used by maintenance departments is accurate.
  • Carry out exceptions management of component transactions and manage Technical Data Review System stakeholder queries which may include confirmation of hrs/cyc the component run, removal reason and part identification.
  • Process internal and external maintenance physical and digitally provided records within departmental KPI / SLA standards to ensure contents are complete, accurate, recorded and in compliance with regulatory / contractual requirements with zero discrepancies.
  • Assist in developing, improving and implementing processes to continually optimize and reduce cost overheads through implementation of new technology and procedures to best lever maximum efficiencies whilst providing detailed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and implement continuous improvements ensure effective of LEAN procedures.

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • 12 Years schooling or equivalent.
  • 3+ Years of experience in Engineering Technical Record / Library.
  • Experience in Aviation records or related technical administration role is preferred and in the use of Digital Recording / Archiving Systems would be an advantage.
  • Intermediate to advanced level in Computer Applications (e.g. MS Office).
  • Ideally, have a working knowledge of Airline/MRO M&E data management & digital documentations systems.
