You are responsible for leading the warehouse team by directing a diverse inhouse and subcontracted workforce to manage the throughput of customer products, creating a safe working environment and complying with all necessary government/country requirements.
How you create impact
Oversee overall performance of the allocated CFS site, including warehouse, office operations, and information systems.
Lead, develop, and motivate warehouse employees, ensuring equitable work distribution and monitoring subcontractor performance.
Plan, direct, and implement warehouse operations, administration, and customer service to meet productivity and service goals.
Manage storage capacity utilization, throughput, inventory, and contingency procedures, especially during peak seasons.
Coordinate internal and external activities to ensure service quality, while collaborating with our QSHE team to maintain safety and compliance.
Drive continuous improvement projects, operational excellence, and process optimization, while supporting perishable and healthcare cargo handling, air cargo security (RACA), and freight forwarding compliance.
Demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution skills, with proficiency in KN operating models, forklift operation, data systems, and stakeholder engagement.
