You are responsible for leading the warehouse team by directing a diverse inhouse and subcontracted workforce to manage the throughput of customer products, creating a safe working environment and complying with all necessary government/country requirements.

How you create impact

• Oversee overall performance of the allocated CFS site, including warehouse, office operations, and information systems.
• Lead, develop, and motivate warehouse employees, ensuring equitable work distribution and monitoring subcontractor performance.
• Plan, direct, and implement warehouse operations, administration, and customer service to meet productivity and service goals.
• Manage storage capacity utilization, throughput, inventory, and contingency procedures, especially during peak seasons.
• Coordinate internal and external activities to ensure service quality, while collaborating with our QSHE team to maintain safety and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects, operational excellence, and process optimization, while supporting perishable and healthcare cargo handling, air cargo security (RACA), and freight forwarding compliance.
• Demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution skills, with proficiency in KN operating models, forklift operation, data systems, and stakeholder engagement.
