Job Description

The Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by managing the logistics chain for air freight from origin to destination. This position demands excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring clients receive reliable and timely support. Responsibilities include processing shipments, resolving logistical challenges, and maintaining robust relationships with clients and carriers. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the planning and execution of air freight shipments.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients to understand their logistics needs.
  • Resolve issues arising during the logistics process efficiently and amicably.
  • Track shipments and proactively inform clients about the status and any changes.
  • Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless logistics operations globally.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for service improvement and cost reduction.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents accurately in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers and carriers.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, providing expert advice and solutions promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and customer service teams to meet client expectations.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of logistics processes and recommend advancements or adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in air logistics or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of air freight operations and industry regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with superior organizational capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse teams across different time zones.
