Job Description

An Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that air freight operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Train and guide new team members in customer care protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in logistics or customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of air freight operations and logistics processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for diverse interactions.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for logistics management.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities in challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with global trade regulations and compliance requirements.
