As an Air Condition Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our air conditioning sales and market presence. This position requires a strategic and proactive approach to identify market opportunities, engage with potential clients, and increase our market share. You will work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
