Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and highly technical AI Video Creator to join our creative team in Dubai. As the landscape of content creation shifts, we are looking for a pioneer who can merge traditional filmmaking principles with cutting-edge generative AI technologies. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, generating, and refining high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal projects, significantly reducing production timelines while maintaining a premium aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End AI Production: Lead the production of video content using generative AI tools, from initial prompting and asset generation to final color grading and assembly.
• Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine complex prompts for AI video models (such as Runway Gen-3, Luma Dream Machine, Kling, or GlitchClip) and image models (Midjourney, DALL-E 3 or Nano Banana) to achieve specific brand aesthetics.
• Post-Production & Integration: Seamlessly blend AI-generated footage with traditional video elements using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) to ensure high-quality, professional results.
• Character & Style Consistency: Utilize advanced techniques (IP-Adapter, ControlNet, LoRA) to maintain visual consistency across characters, environments, and styles throughout a project.
• Audio Synthesis: Oversee the generation of AI-driven voiceovers (ElevenLabs) and sound design to complement visual narratives.
• Workflow Optimization: Continuously research and implement the latest AI tools and plugins to streamline the video production pipeline and improve output resolution and frame rates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Directors and Marketing Managers to translate briefs into compelling visual stories that resonate with a global and local Middle Eastern audience.
• Quality Control: Upscale and enhance AI outputs using tools like Topaz Video AI to ensure all content meets 4K broadcast and digital standards.

Qualifications

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing a mastery of AI-generated video content, demonstrating movement, composition, and narrative flow.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of generative AI platforms (Runway, Sora, Pika, Stable Video Diffusion) and traditional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Creative Direction: A deep understanding of cinematography, lighting, framing, and pacing.
• AI Image Mastery: Proficiency in Stable Diffusion or Midjourney for generating consistent high-fidelity assets.
• Adaptability: A proven ability to learn new tools rapidly in the fast-evolving AI landscape.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage given the Dubai location.
• Local Knowledge: An understanding of the visual trends and cultural nuances of the UAE and the wider MENA region.
