Role

• Lead strategic AI transformation engagements and shape AI opportunities from executive vision through roadmap, operating model, business case and delivery mobilization.
• Lead AI strategy, AI readiness, roadmap and transformation engagements.
• Design AI Factory operating models, governance interfaces and adoption roadmaps.
• Run C-level workshops for use-case prioritization, value realization and mobilization.
• Shape major pursuits, proposal storyline, scope, delivery approach and commercial assumptions.
• QA executive deliverables and mentor managers/consultants on AI advisory methods.
  
  

Experience And Skills

• 12-15+ years in consulting, digital/data/AI strategy or enterprise transformation.
• Experience with senior public sector, government, FS, energy, telco or regulated clients.
• Track record in large proposals, transformation programs and multi-workstream advisory delivery.
• Strong ability to connect business ambition, data readiness, technology and measurable value.
• AI strategy and enterprise AI roadmap design.
• AI Factory and operating model design.
• Use-case portfolio prioritization and value realization.
• Executive facilitation, proposal storyboarding and pursuit leadership.
• Working knowledge of GenAI, agentic AI, cloud AI platforms, data platforms and Responsible AI.
