About the Role

Join Timeless Group of Companies in Dubai as an AI solutions developer focused on implementing production-ready agents and automating administrative workflows for internal teams. You will develop Claude API tools and agent workflows, connect them with business systems including Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, and ERP platforms, and build approval, escalation, and audit controls that support responsible use. The role combines hands-on engineering with evaluation: you will assess agent performance, measure correction rates, and maintain traceability. You will also coordinate ERP integration requirements and testing, train teams to maintain the systems, and gather and document examples of agents shipped. This is a full-time, on-site engineering role for someone with a relevant computer science background and practical experience building LLM applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build production AI agents that address internal administrative workflows, delivering maintainable solutions that fit the needs of business teams.
• Develop Claude API tools and LLM agent workflows, and integrate them with Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, REST APIs, and relevant business systems.
• Implement human-in-the-loop approval and escalation controls, maintaining audit logs and traceability so agent actions and decisions can be reviewed.
• Evaluate agent performance and measure correction rates, using findings to identify and implement improvements to prompts, context, and workflows.
• Coordinate ERP integration requirements and testing with relevant stakeholders, documenting system needs and supporting reliable connections to business processes.
• Train internal teams to maintain AI systems and gather and document examples of agents that have been shipped.

Essential Skills & Technologies

• Practical Python and TypeScript development skills for building and maintaining production applications, integrations, and agent workflows.
• Experience using the Claude API to develop tools and workflows, with Claude Certified Developer – Foundations (CCDV-F) included among the requested qualifications.
• Knowledge of MCP server development and LLM agent workflows, including the implementation of agent capabilities for practical business use.
• Experience building REST API integrations and connecting applications with Microsoft 365, Outlook, SharePoint, and ERP systems.
• Ability to design human-in-the-loop controls, including approvals and escalations, and to implement audit logging and traceability.
• Prompt and context engineering skills, alongside experience evaluating LLM applications and measuring correction rates.
• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, with two to six years of experience in engineering or related application development work.

Additional Plus

• Experience in retail, apparel and fashion, luxury goods and jewelry, transportation, logistics, supply chain, storage, wholesale, or wholesale import and export environments.
• English and Tagalog language capability to support communication with teams and stakeholders.
• Exposure to AI agent development, LLM applications, or AI integrations in business settings.
