Job Description
Were looking for a senior leader to drive our AI Transformation Programme across the business.
This is a strategic role focused on AI roadmap, governance, adoption, and cross-functional transformation — not a developer role.
What were looking for:
- Proven experience leading digital or AI transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder and programme management skills
- Experience with governance, policy, and strategic decision-making
- Ability to align executive and operational teams
- UAE PDPL knowledge
- Experience with Azure AI, Claude, or similar platforms
- Real estate, asset, or facilities management exposure
