The Role

We are excited to be on the hunt for a Python engineer with strong experience integrating large language model APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc. to build scalable automations, data tools, and smart pipelines. This role is part of a newly formed team, where you’ll have a direct impact on its direction and growth.

In this role, you’ll design systems that combine solid engineering with high-quality prompting and model control. This role suits someone who loves building practical, production-grade AI tools, not just experiments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Python integrations with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• Design structured prompt and response pipelines for analysis, content, and automation
• Internal tools
• Handle batch and async API calls with strong logging, caching, and error recovery
• Integrate AI modules with existing systems (dashboards, WordPress, Google Sheets, REST APIs)
• Optimize token usage, latency, and output consistency
• Stay current with new model capabilities and best practices
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of Python experience with a clean, modular coding style
• Hands-on with OpenAI / Anthropic APIs or similar
• Deep understanding of prompt design, temperature tuning, and context management
• Experience with FastAPI / Flask / async requests / job queues
• Clear analytical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to experiment fast
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant)
• Integrations with WordPress, Google Sheets, or Slack APIs
• Familiarity with SEO or content intelligence automation
• Understanding of semantic search and embeddings
