About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team at Printerpix. In this role, you will be the frontline representative responsible for engaging with our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Your primary focus will be to provide prompt, professional, and personalized support through various communication channels including email, phone, and live chat. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping others. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are preferred. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving abilities, patience, and a keen attention to detail. A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are also important. A background or interest in photography, design, or personalized printing products is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist at Printerpix, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries promptly via email, phone, and live chat, providing accurate information about products, orders, and services.
  • Assisting customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations while ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Resolving customer complaints or issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with the production and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of products and communicate updates to customers.
  • Providing feedback to management regarding common customer concerns and potential areas for process improvement.
  • Participating in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new products, policies, and procedures.
