AI Data Scientist

We are hiring an AI Data Scientist to join a product-focused technology team working on an intelligent, AI-driven platform built on large language models and real-time data.

Data plays a central role in shaping product direction, guiding AI-enabled features, and understanding user behaviour across complex, high-volume systems.

This role sits at the intersection of data science, AI/ML, and product, with a strong focus on turning data into insights that directly influence how intelligent systems behave and evolve.

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists to support experimentation, define meaningful metrics, and help translate analytical findings into practical product decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that inform product and business decisions
• Partner with product and engineering teams to define KPIs and measure feature and system impact
• Support the development and evaluation of AI- and LLM-powered capabilities, including experimentation and performance tracking
• Prototype data science and machine learning models to support intelligent, adaptive system behaviour
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting that surface actionable insights for internal stakeholders
• Contribute to experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing and model evaluation
• Support data quality, consistency, and analytics best practices across the platform

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in data science or advanced analytics within product-led or data-intensive environments
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, modelling, and experimentation
• Experience working with modern data stacks such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker, or similar
• Solid grounding in statistics, experimentation design, and data-driven decision-making
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and AI/ML teams
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai
