AI Automation Specialist

An AI/Automation Specialist is sought for a long-term, part-time partnership focused on building and scaling intelligent automation solutions. The role combines technical development with client-facing engagement, particularly supporting discovery calls and initial technical discussions with prospects in the US and UK. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of deep technical expertise and collaborative communication, helping shape automation strategies while also driving client confidence in technical delivery. The specialist will work alongside a project management counterpart, ensuring seamless execution and a balanced partnership for ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and implementing AI-driven automation solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of LLM platforms such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude.
• Hands-on expertise with Voice AI tools, including Whisper, ElevenLabs, and Deepgram.
• Experience with telephony integration through platforms such as Vapi and Twilio.
• Proficiency in automation platforms such as N8N, Make.com, and Zapier, with ability to design scalable workflows.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as Vercel AI SDK and LangGraph/LangSmith.
• Strong communication skills with confidence participating in client discovery calls and technical conversations.
• Availability during US and UK business hours to support international client engagement.
• Ability to work effectively in a part-time, remote, and long-term contract capacity.
• Track record of contributing to successful AI automation deployments across business use cases.
