AI & Automation Engineer

Middle+ AI & Automation Engineer needed,  Project: Internal process optimization and operational workflow automation. Redesigning company operations across Finance, Operations, and Guest Experience by leveraging AI agents, system integrations, custom scripts, and low-code/no-code solutions.

Responsibilities:

•        Analyze business processes across departments to identify friction and automation opportunities.

•        Design, build, and deploy AI agents, internal tools, and automation scripts.

•        Integrate third-party systems and REST APIs to enable automated data movement.

•        Rapidly prototype and deliver operational tools, dashboards, and workflows.

•        Evaluate emerging AI technologies and assess their application for operational improvements.

Requirements:

•        Experience with Python or JavaScript for rapid prototyping and scripting.

•        Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI API) and building AI agents.

•        Proficiency with REST API integration and webhooks.

•        Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n).

•        Knowledge of SQL and relational databases for data manipulation and reporting.

•        Strong background in process mapping, workflow redesign, and system architecture integration.
