Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable AI & Automation Developer who can help build, manage, and improve advanced business automation systems.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how modern businesses operate and can turn messy manual processes into clean, reliable, automated workflows. You should be comfortable working with AI agents, n8n, CRM systems, APIs, webhooks, GoHighLevel/GHL, lead management workflows, and business process automation.
We are not looking for someone who only knows how to connect basic tools together. We are looking for someone who can think through a business problem, understand the process, build the automation, test it properly, document it clearly, and improve it over time.
The right person will be involved in building systems for lead capture, qualification, CRM management, AI chatbots, AI voice agents, customer journeys, internal workflows, reporting, notifications, client onboarding, sales processes, and multi-account CRM setups.
What You Will Be Doing
You will work on real business systems that need to be reliable, practical, and easy to maintain.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Building advanced automation workflows using n8n.
- Creating AI-powered workflows using LLMs, APIs, webhooks, databases, forms, CRMs, and external platforms.
- Building and improving agentic AI systems for sales, support, lead qualification, internal operations, and client-facing workflows.
- Setting up, managing, and improving GoHighLevel / GHL accounts, sub-accounts, workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, triggers, opportunities, custom fields, custom values, users, snapshots, and automations.
- Designing CRM pipelines and lead management systems that are clean, logical, and scalable.
- Connecting websites, forms, WhatsApp, email, SMS, calendars, ads, spreadsheets, databases, and third-party tools into one working system.
- Creating AI chatbots and AI assistants for websites, social media, WhatsApp, and CRM environments.
- Building workflows for lead capture, lead qualification, routing, nurturing, booking, reminders, pipeline updates, follow-ups, notifications, reporting, and task assignment.
- Working with APIs, HTTP requests, JSON, authentication, webhook triggers, data mapping, and error handling.
- Debugging failed automations, workflow errors, CRM issues, webhook failures, broken integrations, and incorrect field mapping.
- Improving AI reliability by adding proper instructions, guardrails, fallback logic, escalation rules, testing flows, and quality checks.
- Creating clear documentation, SOPs, workflow notes, and handover materials.
- Reviewing existing systems and recommending improvements to make them faster, cleaner, and more reliable.
- Staying updated on new AI, automation, CRM, and workflow tools that can improve business performance.
Required Experience
You should have strong practical experience in most of the following:
- n8n workflow automation.
- GoHighLevel / GHL CRM setup and automation.
- AI agents, AI chatbots, AI assistants, or AI-powered workflows.
- CRM pipelines, sales workflows, lead management, and customer journey automation.
- APIs, webhooks, HTTP requests, JSON, data formatting, and field mapping.
- Workflow logic, conditional routing, triggers, filters, delays, and error handling.
- Connecting multiple tools and making data move correctly between them.
- Troubleshooting technical issues independently.
- Building systems that are reliable enough for real business use.
Preferred Skills
These are not all required, but they are a strong advantage:
- Experience with Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Google Sheets, Supabase, Firebase, PostgreSQL, or similar tools.
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, Assistants API, vector databases, RAG, knowledge bases, or structured AI outputs.
- Experience with AI voice tools such as Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
- Experience with WhatsApp automation, Meta lead forms, Google Ads leads, landing pages, booking forms, and lead source tracking.
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, landing page builders, form builders, or funnel tools.
- Basic JavaScript, Python, SQL, or backend scripting knowledge.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, attribution workflows, or analytics automations.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts, business units, or CRM sub-accounts.
- Experience creating SOPs, Loom walkthroughs, technical documentation, and client handover files.
