Agriculture - Site Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Agriculture - Site Supervisor to join our landscaping company in the Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising agricultural and landscaping projects, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining high-quality standards suitable for UAE climatic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and supervise landscaping and agricultural works for villa projects, including private gardens, outdoor spaces, and related landscape features.
  
• Select suitable plants, trees, turf, and soil types appropriate for UAE climate and soil conditions
  
• Design and manage irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, smart irrigation) ensuring water efficiency
  
• Monitor plant health, soil quality, and pest control programs
  
• Supervise site activities, contractors, and landscaping teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
  
• Prepare BOQs, technical reports, project schedules.
  
• Ensure compliance with UAE municipal regulations and environmental standards
  
• Coordinate with clients and authorities as required.
  
• Implement sustainable landscaping practices and water conservation methods
  
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to maintenance teams
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Engineering or related field
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscaping or agricultural projects in the UAE or GCC
  
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, soil management, and plant species suitable for arid climates
  
• Familiarity with UAE Municipality regulations (Dubai Municipality, RTA, etc.)
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
  
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
