Agricultural Engineer

We are seeking an Agricultural Engineer with practical experience in landscape maintenance, vegetable gardens, hydroponics, and indoor/outdoor plant care. The successful candidate will manage site activities, supervise labour teams, support project execution, and provide technical guidance to clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise indoor and outdoor plant maintenance projects.

* Plan and execute vegetable garden installations and maintenance.

* Install and maintain hydroponic systems (NFT, DWC, Dutch Bucket, Tower Systems).

* Monitor plant health, irrigation, nutrition, and pest management.

* Conduct site inspections and prepare technical recommendations.

* Assist with landscape planning, plant selection, and project execution.

* Supervise labour teams and ensure quality workmanship.

* Coordinate with senior engineers and management on project execution.

* Prepare site reports and maintenance records.

* Provide technical support during client meetings when required.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, Landscape Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 2–3 years of UAE or GCC experience in agriculture, landscaping, hydroponics, or maintenance.

* Good knowledge of:

* Hydroponic systems

* Vegetable gardens

* Indoor & outdoor plant maintenance

* Landscape planting and maintenance

* Irrigation systems

* Plant nutrition and pest management

* Experience supervising labour teams.

* Good communication and organizational skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

* Knowledge of landscape design and plant selection.

* Basic understanding of AutoCAD or landscape drawings.

* Experience with commercial farms or nurseries.

* Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.

Mandatory Requirements

* Valid UAE Driving License (Required)

* Willingness to travel to project sites across the UAE.
