Agile Scrum Master

📌 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Agile Scrum Master to guide and coach our software development teams. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Agile principles and the Scrum framework, with a proven track record of facilitating team success. You will be responsible for removing impediments, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, and ensuring the team lives by the values of agile. This role requires hands-on expertise with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), mastery of Jira for backlog management and reporting, and a strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines. You will leverage your skills to enhance team productivity, predictability, and product quality. As a servant leader, you will shield the team from external distractions while promoting collaboration and transparency among team members and stakeholders.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ Proven experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.

▸ Deep understanding and practical experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in an agile environment.

▸ Expert-level proficiency in Jira, including configuration of boards, workflows, and generation of agile metrics reports.

▸ Solid understanding and hands-on experience with CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

▸ Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent recognized Scrum certification.

▸ Excellent skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and continual improvement.

▸ Strong ability to coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices and values to achieve self-organization.

▸ Experience with agile metrics (e.g., velocity, lead time, cycle time) to drive process improvement.

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ Experience in a technical role such as software development or QA.

▸ Additional agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP).

▸ Experience with scaled agile frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.

▸ Familiarity with other agile methodologies like Kanban or XP.

▸ Experience mentoring other Scrum Masters or acting as an Agile Coach.
