Job Description

Grupo Gestfood esta buscando incorporar a su equipo de Headquarters un/a agente de reservas:

Las Funciones Serán Las Siguientes

Coordinar las peticiones de clientes con los diferentes restaurantes/ club (SLVJ, Arrogante, Okio, Art)

Hacer seguimiento de las peticiones VIP

Contestar y gestionar:emails, whatssaps, móvil o cualquier fuente donde se pueda recibir petición de cliente

Formación del equipo de hostess y supervisión de la ejecución de las puertas

Resolver todas las incidencias que lleguemos a tener con los clientes

Realizar informes solicitados por la direccion de operaciones

Los Requisitos Indispensables Son

Incorporación inmediata

Manejo alto de **Cover Manager**

**Inglés nivel C1**
