Platinum Reservation Agents are responsible for promoting and selling high-end products and services to luxury partners ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. The agent must effectively communicate the value of the company’s offerings while also building strong relationships with partners. This requires an understanding of both the products and services being sold as well as the partner’s needs, wants, and desires. The role involves understanding and owning the customer journey from the start to finish and promoting luxury products and services including fine dining experiences and other premium amenities.
