Rattaché(e) au Responsable de lagence de voyages, vous êtes linterlocuteur privilégié de nos clients.- Offrir à nos clients un accueil chaleureux- Être à lécoute et comprendre leurs attentes- Formuler des propositions adéquates- Concrétiser la vente- Assurer le suivi des dossiers et générer de la fidélisation- Interagir avec léquipe et les partenaires du réseau (Tour opérateur, Compagnie aérienne, assureur ...) et participer à différentes présentations ou opérations commerciales.
