Affiliate Manager

The Affiliate Manager will drive customer acquisition and growth by building, managing, and optimizing affiliate partnerships. With a strong network in the South Asian markets, this person will be instrumental in quickly launching and scaling the affiliate program, bringing both expertise and connections to accelerate early momentum.

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive acquisition and revenue growth.


• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates with a focus on South and Southeast Asia.


• Negotiate and optimize affiliate deals, commission structures, and campaign terms.


• Monitor affiliate performance, ensuring ROI-positive partnerships.

Network Development & Partnerships

• Leverage existing database or network of affiliates to accelerate market entry.


• Identify and cultivate relationships with top affiliates, influencers, and traffic sources in crypto and relevant industries.


• Represent our client at affiliate and industry events (virtual and in-person).

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Implement tracking and reporting systems to measure affiliate performance.


• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


• Proactively optimize campaigns for conversion, retention, and profitability.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support

• Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure aligned messaging and adherence to regulations.


• Coordinate with Finance to manage affiliate payments and reconcile reporting.


• Share insights from affiliates to inform product improvements and market strategy.

Compliance & Market Fit

• Ensure affiliate activity complies with local laws and company policies.


• Adapt strategies for cultural and regulatory nuances across South/Southeast Asia.

Experience & Background Required

• Proven track record as an Affiliate Manager in crypto, fintech, gaming, e commerce or related industries.


• Established database or strong network of affiliate contacts in South/Southeast Asia.


• Experience in negotiating, structuring, and optimizing affiliate deals.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization.


• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and performance reporting tools.


• Knowledge of compliance requirements in online gaming and/or crypto.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and deliver results quickly.
