Affiliate Coordinator - Digital Acquisition for a fully remote position.

The Affiliate Coordinator supports the execution and daily operations of the affiliate program. This role ensures smooth partner onboarding, accurate tracking, campaign coordination, and performance monitoring to help drive funded accounts and trading volume.

The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced performance marketing environment.

Responsibilities

Affiliate Onboarding & Operations

• Assist in onboarding new affiliates including documentation and system setup.
• Generate and manage tracking links, commission structures, and campaign configurations.
• Maintain accurate partner records and ensure contracts and payment terms are properly documented.

Campaign Execution & Support

• Coordinate the launch of affiliate campaigns, promotions, and marketing materials.
• Ensure creatives, landing pages, and tracking mechanisms are implemented correctly.
• Act as the first point of contact for partner queries and operational support.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track key metrics such as registrations, FTDs, conversion rates, and traffic sources.
• Identify irregularities or performance fluctuations and implement the corrective actions where applicable.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.

Compliance & Quality Control

• Review affiliate content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Monitor traffic quality and flag potential fraud, incentivized traffic, or policy violations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams to support campaign execution.
• Assist with commission reconciliation and payout coordination with Finance.
• Ensure timely communication between internal teams and affiliate partners.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and reporting dashboards.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Tune/HasOffers, Everflow, Impact, or similar).
• Basic understanding of CPA and RevShare models.

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Experience in CFDs, FX, Online Trading, Crypto or iGaming is a plus.
