Job Description
Operational
Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, including supplier information, order details, and inventory levels.
Communicate with suppliers to confirm order status and resolve any issues related to delivery or quality.
Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with project teams.
Assist with the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and project requirements.
