Job Description

As an Advertising Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by actively managing and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility is to sell advertising solutions across multiple platforms to businesses and agencies. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategic advertising plans, and deliver effective sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our advertising products. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, meet and exceed sales targets, and effectively communicate our value proposition. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new advertising sales opportunities through various lead generation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and present tailored advertising proposals to meet client objectives and budgets.
  • Negotiate advertising contracts and agreements to maximize client value and company revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client campaigns are executed effectively and on time.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for advertising sales and client growth.
  • Provide clients with regular updates and detailed reports on campaign performance and insights.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by management.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance knowledge of advertising products and services.
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights and strategies to improve sales processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in advertising sales or a similar client-facing sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
